Love it!!!

There hasn’t been a single house in the “feed” since I’ve had this app downloaded with plenty of saved homes, as well as there’s days when I go to search and it just will not load, app needs work

No Disability button to show what landlords accept people who are less fortunate if any?

I’m trying to look for apartments and I keep getting sent to a press and confirm I’m not a bot screen. I hold the button until it gives me the check and three dots to confirm brings me to the app, then when I search, it sends me right back. It’s unusable and I’m logged in, verified account.

Bucket of spit. Every pertinent detail is listed as “Contact Manager” and there are no contacts. “Check availability with 1-click” gets you absolutely nothing or farther along. It is more of a “waste your time endlessly frustrate bot.” At some point soon, I expect a “upgrade to no frustration version for $ per month” to pop up on the screen. Waywardly worthless. Terrible.

The whole purpose of having two apps one Rentals one sales was to have the listings separated! In all your cleverness you have now merged the favorites lists so that both have both, this rendering them absolutely useless!! I have just now deleted both as the incessant suggested matches which I cannot turn off despite I have done so in settings is beyond irritating you’ve ruined both of these apps that used to be good nice work guys.

I love this app, it’s my favorite rental app however I have one small complaint, the one click availability button is very touchy and will send a request if you accidentally scroll on it, this has unfortunately led to several landlords scheduling me tours I don’t want to go to LOL 🤣😅

Zillow Rentals is way easier to use

I use to have no issues with this app, now the search screen won’t even load so I can’t even use the app. I need the search screen to look at apartments

Not user friendly as stated!

Every time I find a place on Trulia it’s a scam!!! Trulia shouldn’t allow just anyone to jump in on rental by taking pictures and information from anywhere! I have been scammed 3 times and so I don’t even want to use this app anymore!

I can't see pictures. not all, but most pictures are invisable. I think it's kind of an error. plz fix this error.

This still gets five stars reguardless anyways we should b able to contact private and agents owners thank u that’s not easy

They only show houses and make you pay the application but you will never see the house. It’s like stealing money with every house.

You can no longer change property type (single family/condo apt/etc) after updating to a latest version. This happened on my wife’s phone as well.

Uninstalled immediately because the search filter won’t let you narrow the home type. It gives the options but there’s no way to save before you close the bottom sheet after selecting. You swipe the bottom sheet down and it doesn’t save the selection.

I try to put the filters I need and it keeps suggesting random homes. Deleted and telling everyone not to use this app

Ones issue, honor the filter choices. I get excited about a listening and then boom, key component from my filters is a missing.

Old saved searches that were deleted keep magically reappearing.

Trulia always seem to surprise me with how many Areas they have scoped out What type of Apartments I seem to Like and also the Price Range They pay great Attention to the Market Prices and keep me informed

There’s a bug that doesn’t let me change the sorting method or filter criteria.

App is great till you want to search something. Then it make you verify you’re a human and won’t stop forcing you to verify. I can’t swap tabs or even look at houses anymore because it won’t stop forcing me to verify

It would be nice if the ad was linked in the email instead of just location. While searching several locations, it’s challenging for both parties to speak on exact locations

It would be nice if the property managers were made to be consistent with the contact information!!! Some listings show contact information and others don’t some you can schedule viewing and some you can’t!! One person requested an application just to see a property suppose I don’t like it do I get my money back or am I paying for something I am NOT GETTING!!!!????? I am really in need of a place to live but there are so many inconsistency with the owners or listing agents you should definitely do better at setting rules for them!!!

The link I am sending my friends are not opening for them and vise versa. We are having to google the address just to look at the property

I love how it saves your different searches and sends out reminders and updates to new places you should look at for each one of them. The help of Zillow offering 1 set price to send any landlord your rental app so you only have to do it once was a great idea. 35 bucks and your good for 30 days!

Helps me narrow down my choices so much! Very user-friendly, and once you’ve saved your search they send you notifications on new listings that suit you! The only thing I’d add is an option for Homeowners to add an HVAC central cooling and heating system to their attributes, because so many homes say that they only have a cooling system, but then in their description they say they have an HVAC. Just a thought :)

Helps me and my wife narrow down our options.

I send a request to inquire but no one gets back to me. I have over 100 apartments in my feed but most are not available or not what I can afford or use. My saved searches seem to be ignored. Why do we have to go through this? I’m getting yelled at by my family. Years ago, all you had to do was look in the paper, or knock on a landlord’s door. This is pathetic. It must be fixed, or corrupt, or there are just too many folks who are homeless. It’s a shame that life had to come to this. One cannot sleep these days. Old review: Still can’t find out where l left off. No improvements, no updates for that, no help. Other than that, the Trulia Rent app is okay. I wish someone would care a little. 8/07/23.

I haven’t went and viewed a house yet but I noticed some are the same houses with different addresses 🤨🤨

Not enough properties listed and very cookie cutter properties - the properties don’t have any personality - just same old box - but ok

I hate not getting messages in the app, they go to my email but never appear in the app. Just all around sloppy process.

Can y’all make the app better showing more properties & not duplicates. It’s not helping if the same apartments & homes are showing up. Also different cities in San Bernardino county.

This app really needs a way to instantly message (like Facebook messenger, but for the app) the owners, because there have been times that I have a question or need clarification, but I have to wait until I fill out the application and get through everything else. That would help immensely and save application fees for homes we may not like.

People are quick to respond and it’s extremely easy to apply a lot better than Zillow if you ask me! They also allow you to see reviews on the neighborhood so you know what your moving into

There should be a for rent by landlord column as well

Tulia app serves the current requirements of many, pending movers. It frequently updates its listings and offers features helping toward relocation options and decisions including the neighborhoods’ crime records. I do desire specific searches for housing options like for disabled persons and seniors. It is also truthful with users’ reviews. Also, it is important for me to branch out to other areas beside the recommendations.

I enjoy the app. It’s very user friendly. My only complaint is that when I filter out homes for rent, I select the cat friendly option. Regardless of this, I keep getting recommendations for homes that are not pet-friendly, which is a waste of a notification.

I’m a dog owner and I keep getting recommendations that specify “No PETS!” Or, “Cats, only!” Which is very frustrating and I always have to keep it in mind before I start contacting the owner….! I always need to double check that the recommendation is Specifically for DOG OWNERS !! FRUSTRATING to say the least!

So far best rental properties are listed on this app. Well organized, easy to use. Love Trulia

As a single woman, crime data is extremely valuable and can help people make informed decisions. You’re literally putting unknowing people into situations where they are in high risk areas for assault or other crimes.

I’ve never used this app before. I select continue with Google. It keeps saying invalid login. Since that won’t work, I decide to sign up with my email. Well, that’s not working either. It’s stuck submitting and won’t actually submit. Not a good first impression.

It’s a great app, don’t get me wrong. I love the ability to sort by a hand-drawn area and see reviews of the neighborhood under a listing, makes it feel that much safer. I would love, however, the ability to sort by proximity to work, like find places that are within 15-20 minutes of my workplace instead of where I *think* falls into that range. It would just be an added convenience, overall the app is pretty good as-is!
