The prices are off or are to good to be true but the crime and school stuff is excellent. If ur looking for a place to stay you really should use this app

Search options are perfect. Include setting limits on money, location, specified scaled details, such as bedroom number and pet availability, and ect... Clearly a gem.

Its great to use and notify me with great accuracy. Im happy to see notifications that Ill like.

Easy to use and communicate through. I like the smooth integration with the website - searching from my phone or my computer were both easy. Improvement: I wish my email alerts from saved searches online, when opened from my phone email, would open in the app rather than in Safari.

I found great properties in my price range. This app is very user friendly. It takes a little while for them to take down properties that arent available. Otherwise I love trulia!!

Perfect searches for me

I have searched for apartments for a long time. It seems I move every year even though I swear it is going to be the last time. I have a similar app from apartments.com but of course there are different places listed. I just got this one and love it so far.

Love Trulia! I do however frown at rentals that have been listed longer awhile. There is just no way to tell if the post is current only how many days on Trulia. With properties usually not lasting that long around me it would be nice to be able to see the last time the property owner/manager updated or confirmed the rental was still up for grabs. Other than that great app! My go to for sure=)!!
